ACTIVITIES OF SNAI

Number of activities are assigned to the SNAI members at all levels to achieve the objectives of the association. The professional, educational, social, cultural and recreational activities are arranged to strengthen their curricular and co-curricular components at the Unit, State and National level. Organizing conferences and meetings at all levels is one of the important activities which provide a forum for the members to discuss and find solutions for various problems faced by the students.

Conferences & Meetings:

From the first SNAI Conference in 1961 to Biennial National Conferences, SNAI fosters professional growth. State and unit-level meetings blend learning with social and recreational activities

SNAI Diary:

A vital record book for Unit Secretaries, tracking professional, educational, and cultural activities, with top diaries showcased nationally.

Nursing Advocacy

SNAI celebrates Nursing through Nurses' Week, World Health Day, and Capping & Graduation ceremonies, highlighting the profession's significance.

Exhibition & Poster Display

Since 1933, students have showcased their knowledge through state and national poster exhibitions, raising the bar each year.

Public Speaking & Writing

Boost confidence through debates, Monocot, Extempore seminars, and contributions to The Nursing Journal of India.

Community Projects

Lead impactful initiatives like Health Surveys and Immunization Drives, especially on International Nurses' Day.

In addition, there are numerous other activities in the shape of article writing, poetry writing, flower arrangement, cooking, sewing, interior decoration and gardening etc. are also encouraged. The personality contest Mr. SNAI and Miss SNAI was introduced for the first time in the SNAI Platinum Jubilee and XXI Biennial conference.
